By accessing or using FleetPulse's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Service Description
FleetPulse provides AI-powered fleet management services including predictive maintenance, route optimization, driver behavior analytics, and compliance automation. Features may vary by subscription plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to circumvent transportation regulations, falsify compliance records, or engage in any unlawful activity.
5. Data & Telemetry
Vehicle telemetry data collected through our OBD-II devices is processed to provide fleet intelligence services. You retain ownership of your fleet data.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed per vehicle on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
7. Hardware
OBD-II devices provided with annual plans remain the property of FleetPulse Technologies Inc. Devices must be returned upon subscription cancellation.
8. Limitation of Liability
FleetPulse Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including vehicle breakdowns, route delays, or compliance violations. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas, USA.
