- Is there a minimum fleet size?
- No minimum. The Operations plan works for fleets as small as 5 vehicles.
- Are hardware devices included?
- OBD-II devices are included with annual plans. Monthly plans have a one-time $49 device fee per vehicle.
- Can I mix plans across my fleet?
- Enterprise customers can customize coverage levels per vehicle group. Contact sales for details.
- What happens if a device fails?
- We ship replacement devices within 24 hours at no charge for all active subscriptions.
